Vendor fees are non-refundable at any time, regardless of weather conditions. If a vendor chooses to withdraw from the event due to a forecast of inclement weather, their fees will not be refunded.
The event will proceed as scheduled in the case of rain. Vendors are responsible for deciding whether to attend. If a vendor opts not to participate due to weather, their fees remain non-refundable.
In the event of rain or other adverse weather conditions, we may adjust aspects of the event for safety reasons. For example, live music performances may be canceled due to electrical hazards on stage.
The Day in the Park event will only be canceled if advised to do so by Emergency Management officials. Safety remains our top priority, and we will follow expert recommendations before making any decisions.
Should the event be canceled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, vendor fees will not be refunded. As a nonprofit organization, the Laurel Arts League relies on these funds to support its mission and annual programming.
We are unable to credit vendor fees toward future events, regardless of cancellation or vendor absence.
Due to city permits, logistical planning, and expenses, we are unable to reschedule Day in the Park for a later date.
We do not have an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather due to logistical and financial constraints.
